Welcome to Home2Home Cambridge. By making a reservation through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Booking

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old and is responsible for all guests staying at the property.

2. Payment

Payment must be made in accordance with the booking confirmation. We accept secure online payments through our approved payment providers.

3. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in: From 3:00 PM

Check-out: By 10:00 AM

Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur an additional charge.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policies are shown during the booking process and in your booking confirmation. Refunds will be issued according to the selected rate and cancellation policy.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests agree to:

Respect the property and neighbours.

Keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Leave the property in a reasonable condition.

Report any damage immediately.

Not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the booking.

6. Smoking

Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside all properties. Additional cleaning or damage charges may apply if this policy is breached.

7. Pets

Pets are only permitted where explicitly agreed before arrival.

8. Damage

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay beyond normal wear and tear. We reserve the right to charge for repairs, replacements, or additional cleaning where necessary.

9. Liability

Home2Home Cambridge is not responsible for the loss, theft or damage of guests’ personal belongings during their stay.

10. Force Majeure

We shall not be liable for cancellations or interruptions caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, utility failures, government restrictions or other unforeseen circumstances.

11. Privacy

Personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
